Return & Exchange Policy

Eddie Money Enterprises accepts returns or exchanges for merchandise only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or if the incorrect size was sent.

Several types of merchandise are not eligible for return or exchange, including sale items, masks, personalized hoodies, and customized pieces.

To begin a return or exchange, please complete the Return & Exchange Form and include it with the item in a suitable box or bag. If you did not receive a Return & Exchange Form, please contact us at Tony@digftprint.com.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for the return and the replacement  items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if you are returning or exchanging an item because it was damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent, Eddie Money Enterprises will cover the cost of return shipping. To receive a return label, please contact customer service at Tony@digftprint.com before mailing the item back.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Eddie Money Enterprises Inc. and Global Entertainment Management, Inc. are not responsible for lost returns if proof of delivery cannot be provided.
